This week the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series heads to Talladega for the Aaron’s 499.
The first race on a super speedway for the Gen-6 car at Daytona was boring. It was like watching a game of follow the leader. Now that teams have had time to figure out the new car, the racing should improve.
Picking the drivers for the Aaron’s 499 is harder than any other race on the schedule. One wreck could take out half of the field, eliminating most of the teams with good cars.

This week the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series heads to Richmond International Raceway for the Toyota Owners 400. This will be the fourth race on a short racetrack for the Gen-6 car. The race is under the lights Saturday night and could result in more post-race altercations.
Track position has been very important in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. The last three race winners have started from the pole position. There is a good chance it could happen again this week. There have been 113 NASCAR…Continue

The last few seasons in the Cup series, we have seen the dominant drivers and teams taking over the wins, the standings and the Cup. (such as Jimmie the last few times). Most races it always seemed to be the same drivers in the front of the pack fighting it out for the win. However, I feel as if this year it has mixed around a bit more. Drivers like Martin Truex Jr, has risen to the top. He's doing well in the standings, always near the top, and finishes well in the races. Aric…Continue

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series heads to the Heartland this week for the STP 400 at Kansas Speedway.
This will be the second week in a row that the series will race on a 1.5-mile racetrack. Drivers who had success at Las Vegas and Texas will be the drivers to select for your fantasy team this week. Kyle Busch, Jimmie Johnson, Brad Keselowski, Carl Edwards and Martin Truex Jr. all finished in the top 10 in both races.
Now that Kansas Speedway has…Continue
The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series will be under the lights Saturday night at Texas Motor Speedway for the NRA 500.
Texas is one of the fastest racetracks on the circuit and produces some of the best racing. Although it is considered a “cookie cutter” racetrack, it is much different than the other 1.5-mile racetracks. The speeds through turn one make turn two one of the hardest in the series. Teams must set their cars up to navigate the tricky…Continue

This week the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series heads to Martinsville, Virginia for the STP Gas Booster 500.
The series took a week off for Easter and will not have another week off until the end of July. Many of the drivers will compete in the Sprint All-Star Race in May, which is a non-points race.
Martinsville is a good racetrack for fantasy NASCAR players to gain ground on the competition. Most drivers are either very good on the short paperclip…Continue
