My yummy but easy lasagna...

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

I take a pound of hamburger and brown it up(I use 80/20 burger so not alot of grease), while that is browning i add italian seasoning, garlic powder and Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb flavor.  When the hamburger is browned, i take a quarter of the jar of Ragu Spaghetti Sauce and spread in bottom of 9 by 11 inch cake pan. Lay a row of lasagna noodles evenly over spaghetti sauce, spread more sauce over top , take one 8 oz bag of mozzarella cheese and spread evenly over noodles,  drop small amounts of ricotta cheese over the mozzarella about inch apart covering layer with it then take 1/3 of the hamburger and spread that around on top of the cheeses.  Repeat layering two more times with last layer putting hamburger on first then the cheeses.  Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake in over for 1 hour and 10 minutes.  Remove from oven, uncover, let sit for a few minutes to cool down then cut a piece and enjoy!  :)

Not sure I'm doing this correctly, lol.

Crock pot Kielbasa and potatoes

Slice potatoes, kielbasa and onion; layer in crock pot and pour diluted mushroom soup over top; cook on low all day until potatoes are done. Can jump start it on high if you want.
