RESULTS
As some of you know, i have been waiting for pathology results to some tests and procedures i have had recently. The results came back this week and I have colon cancer. The gastroenterologist and my pcp recommended surgery, which I will have as soon as it can be arranged. I have an appointment with a cancer specialist on may 11th and an app with the surgeon on may 13th. I think another test is slated before surgery, I will update you as I learn more. Prayers are requested.

UPDATE, because of an insurance glitch, my surgery was postponed maybe for a week. i had already checked into hospital when i found out..just got a call from hospital as i was posting this..they said it should be sometime next week..thanks for all the prayers and messages, they are still good..

I do have a new date now for surgery. It is on Monday, the 7th, in the afternoon..actual surgery will be around 1:30 or 2:00

I got home from the hospital today. still weak, and hurting some, but improving. I have a stomach full of staples. Every day , it will get better, thank you all for the prayers, and thanks, Will for helping with NN and my game. It is so good to be home.

cancer specialist appointment today. i am in stage 2-A. no chemo or scans,,just bloodwork every 6 months,,and start taking iron pills, ,as i am anemic. i am going to get back to normal. that is the plan,,
